ILS Income Fund invests accredited investor capital in notes on stabilized, rent-producing single family and commercial properties. Generally considered more conservative real estate, these properties do not have a construction component and have the added security of a current income stream.

ILS Equity Fund invests capital from Accredited Investors in individual Stabilized Commercial Real Estate properties. These private equity investing opportunities are made available to investors interested in growth or aggressive growth investment returns over a 3-5 year period.
